Air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of your balloons will very much so depend on environmental conditions of the space. 

Typically, our helium balloons will float for at least 3 days, but usually much longer! Again. the longevity of your balloons depends on the environmental conditions.

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last a certain amount of time.  The sun, heat, rain, wind, etc. affects the lifespan of the balloons. 

Orders should be placed as soon as possible.  Event dates and times are first come first serve.

No, we offer balloon decorations for delivery only.

Service fees depend on the delivery location/time and amount of set-up time.

Once your event is booked, that day and time slot is reserved for you and the supplies are ordered for your event.  Orders that are cancelled 30 days or more prior to your event will be eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid. However, no refund will be given.  Orders that are less than 30 days from the event will not be eligible for cancellation. There are no refunds provided on any orders.

No, we only use the highest quality products and techniques to build your decor.  We cannot guarantee the quality or speculate the longevity of balloons that are not provided by us.

No.  An additional fee is required if you would like us to remove the decor for you.  Please notify us when you book your event if removal is needed.

YES!  Our latex balloons are made of all natural materials and are 100% biodegradable.  Foil balloons on the other hand, are not biodegradable but are able to be recycled.
